Only one place to turn off userorbit branding.
I see that you have separate settings to turn off UserOrbit branding for widgets and surveys. There should be a single setting, because if a user disables branding for one widget, they may not want it enabled for other widgets or surveys.

Tag People - should allow you to also tag all the users and not just the internal users
This tagging feature only allows tagging internal people and not the actual users of the app.

Paste Screenshot and upload a file in feedback's comments section
I had submitted a feature request. You guys worked on it. i had further feedback to share on that particular feature but there was no way for me to paste a screenshot or attach a file in the comments section. See attached.

a way to insert help article while replied to a comment in feedback
A customer raised a question and submitted a bug. I wanted to send him a link to the relevant article, but I had to go to the help center, find the link, and paste it manually. It would be helpful to have an option to select the article directly within the reply box, so I don’t need to navigate elsewhere.

Show Email Address on Hover in Feedback
In Feedback, it would be good to display the email address of the person on hover. At times, people create user with generic name so if you display the email address on hover, it helps to identify the person. See screenshot.

Unable to upload or embed videos in announcements
I’m trying to add a video to an announcement for one of our launch. Uploading the MP4 fails with ‘Upload failed with status 400,’ and pasting the Tella link directly doesn’t display the video either. I’d like to be able to upload the exported video or embed the Tella recording directly in the announcement so customers can watch it without leaving the post.

Disabled announcement comments can still be submitted publicly
I disabled comments on my most recent announcement, but people can still submit comments.
When comments are disabled, people should not be able to add comments or replies, and the comment controls should not appear.
