a way to insert help article while replied to a comment in feedback

A customer raised a question and submitted a bug. I wanted to send him a link to the relevant article, but I had to go to the help center, find the link, and paste it manually. It would be helpful to have an option to select the article directly within the reply box, so I don’t need to navigate elsewhere.
