The action menu is difficult to see or does not appear clearly, so the user cannot manage or delete the report. A possible UI improvement would be to keep the three-dot menu visible on each row instead of showing it only on hover, and to increase its contrast so users can find it easily.

When entering a new Delivery priority value, the existing default 0 remains and the new digit is appended, creating values like 05. The field should replace or clear the default 0 when typing starts.
