A clearly visible three-dot menu should appear beside each report and provide actions such as Open report, Save as template, and Delete.

The action menu is difficult to see or does not appear clearly, so the user cannot manage or delete the report. A possible UI improvement would be to keep the three-dot menu visible on each row instead of showing it only on hover, and to increase its contrast so users can find it easily.
