I had submitted a feature request. You guys worked on it. i had further feedback to share on that particular feature but there was no way for me to paste a screenshot or attach a file in the comments section. See attached.

A customer raised a question and submitted a bug. I wanted to send him a link to the relevant article, but I had to go to the help center, find the link, and paste it manually. It would be helpful to have an option to select the article directly within the reply box, so I don’t need to navigate elsewhere.

In Feedback, it would be good to display the email address of the person on hover. At times, people create user with generic name so if you display the email address on hover, it helps to identify the person. See screenshot.

With increased browser support for light and dark mode, the ability to theme and change the tours and other items would be hugely helpful in keeping with brand standards.

Right now, every time we close the tab, it asks us to sign in. Please allow us to stay logged in.

Whenever a user submits a feedback, you should send an email to the user in Userorbit. It is because Userorbit users may not always be online and in the app. Frill sends out an email and it is extremely helpful.

Help Center articles do not have a reorder option.

You should have auto-save enabled in help center document. I prepared a document and mistakenly refresh the page. I lost all my work.

Just in intercom, we can place tooltips on buttons or icons, can we do in this app?
