There should be a way to duplicate a checklist.

The preview doesn't show how the announcement (including images) will actually appear to end users in the widget or portal. Hard to verify what customers will see before publishing.

We use Zoho CRM for managing customer feedback and it's a hard requirement for us. Without a native integration, we can't route in-app feedback into our existing workflow.
